"This year we had the most kids needing help and the most volunteers ever. In the end we did not know if we were going to have enough presents for everyone. God came through and the gifts came in last minute and we had enough," said Christy James, event coordinator. This was despite record lows in donations, according to founder Linda Hart who accounts the events smooth running and success to the countless volunteers and two special women who spearheaded it this year, Christy James and Aurora Perez. The Miller women, mom Brenda, and Advertisement Families like Ann Gilmore’s ten children are especially blessed by From the Heart’s gift give-away. Mom Ann says, "What a blessing this has been. They are a blessing, not just today, but every day. They are awesome." You are invited to join the FTH women at their monthly pot luck luncheon, the second Saturday of the month at noon, to get acquainted. This month, the luncheon will be at Back Country Christian Fellowship. Directions: turn north on Bautista from the highway and turn right at the first dirt drive.
