ANZA – M-Cor’s November general meeting will present Aguanga farmer Jose Aguilar of Palomar View Farms on Tuesday, Nov. 27, at 6:30 p.m. at the Little Red Schoolhouse in Minor Park.

Aguilar will give a hands-on talk on the usage, repair and advantages of micro-irrigation and drip-tape. Sub-surface drip irrigation is an increasingly popular conservation practice across the West.

The benefits are substantial – conserving water and soil while directly spoon-feeding water and nutrients directly to the plant roots. Aguilar farms uses organic and sustainable techniques with success.
