ANZA – The AVPORT (Anza Valley Property Owners Rights Team) is developing a list of local, licensed trades people. The AVPORT will provide this list to the community members of Anza and it’s territories who seek assistance to resolve County Building Department Health and Safety, code enforcement issues.

For those contractors who wish to be included on the list, you will be expected to perform physical property inspections and prepare a detailed report of your findings, with Advertisement

[ Metalography ] which the property owner can use in dealing with the county.

You will also be expected to provide a written estimate for your services and will contract directly with the property owner.

The following construction trades are needed.

• General Contractors

• Grading and Excavation

• Civil Engineers and Surveyors

• Concrete

• Roofing

• Electrical

• Heating and Air

• Plumbing

• Water Well Service, Drilling, Certification

• Appliance Repair

• Pest Control
